Registered office

76. Registered office



(1) A limited partnership must keep in Victoria (at the place shown in the
Register as the address of the registered office of the firm) an office to
which all communications with the partnership may be addressed.

(2) The regulations may prescribe the hours during which the registered office
is to be open and accessible to the public.

(3) If subsection (1) is not complied with, each general partner in the
limited partnership concerned is guilty of an offence.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
