Right of partners to notify dissolution

41. Right of partners to notify dissolution

On the dissolution of a partnership or retirement of a partner any partner may
but one of such partners shall publicly notify the same in the Government
Gazette and in at least one newspaper circulating in each district in which
the firm carries on business and may require the other partner or partners to
concur for that purpose in all necessary or proper acts (if any) which cannot
be done without his or their concurrence.
