OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2010 - SECT 65
Underground geological storage formation is the property of the Crown(1) The Crown owns all underground geological storage formations below the surface of any submerged land in the offshore area.
(2) The Crown is not liable to pay any compensation in respect of a loss caused by the operation of this section.
