Representation in Magistrates' Court proceedings

62. Representation in Magistrates' Court proceedings



(1) An outworker may be represented in any proceeding referred to in section
60 or 61 by a person who is an employee or agent of-

   (a)  an organisation of which the outworker is a member or eligible to
        become a member; or



   (b)  a peak body of which an organisation representing the outworker is a
        member.

(2) An employer may be represented in any proceeding referred to in section 60
or 61 by a person who is an employee or agent of-

   (a)  an organisation of which the employer is a member or eligible to
        become a member; or



   (b)  an interested organisation of which the employer is a member or
        eligible to become a member; or

   (c)  a peak body of which an organisation representing the employer is a
        member.
