Judicial notice of signatures

56. Judicial notice of signatures

All courts must take judicial notice of-

   (a)  the signature of a person who is, or was at the time the signature
        purports to have been made, the Minister, the Secretary, an employee
        to whom section 55(1)(a)(iii) applies or a person referred to in
        section 55(1)(b); and

   (b)  the fact that a person listed in paragraph (a) held the position he or
        she purported to hold at the time the signature purports to have been
        made.
