Discussions with outworkers

42. Discussions with outworkers



(1) Subject to subsection (2), a person who holds a permit may enter premises
in which outworkers who are, or are eligible to become, members of the Union
work for the purpose of holding discussions with any of those outworkers who
wish to participate in those discussions.

(2) The person may only enter the premises during working hours and may only
hold the discussions during the outworkers' meal-time or other breaks.
