40. Definitions and purpose of Division



(1) In this Division-

Court means Magistrates' Court sitting as the Industrial Division; officer of
the Union includes any person who is concerned in, or takes part in, the
management of the Union; permit means permit issued under section 45; Union
means Textile Clothing and Footwear Union of Australia (Victorian Branch).

(2) The purpose of this Division is to provide certain rights of entry,
inspection and discussion for authorised representatives of the Union.
