Power to require production of documents

37. Power to require production of documents



(1) An information services officer, by written notice, may require a person
to produce to him or her, within a reasonable period specified in the notice,
an outwork document relevant to the purpose of determining compliance with
relevant industrial legislation.

(2) An information services officer may inspect, and make copies of or take
extracts from, a document produced to him or her under subsection (1).
