Variation and revocation

26. Variation and revocation



(1) The Minister may, by order published in the Government Gazette, amend or
revoke the mandatory code at any time.

(2) Before amending or revoking the code, the Minister-

   (a)  must consult the Council and consider any relevant report or
        recommendation made by it; and

   (b)  may consult any other organisations or persons the Minister thinks
        appropriate.

(3) If the Minister revokes the mandatory code, he or she may make another
mandatory code in accordance with this Division.
