Offence to impersonate authorised representative

94. Offence to impersonate authorised representative

A person who does not hold an entry permit issued under this Part must not, in
any way, hold himself or herself out as-

   (a)  a person who holds such an entry permit; or

   (b)  an authorised representative of a registered employee organisation.

Penalty: 60 penalty units. __________________
