Offence to obstruct etc. authorised representative

93. Offence to obstruct etc. authorised representative

A person must not-

   (a)  refuse an authorised representative entry to a workplace; or

   (b)  intentionally hinder, obstruct, intimidate or threaten an authorised
        representative in the exercise of his or her powers under this Part,
        or induce or attempt to induce any other person to do so.

Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person; 300 penalty units for a body
corporate.
