Courses of training for authorised representatives

82. Courses of training for authorised representatives



(1) The Authority must consult with the Occupational Health and Safety
Advisory Committee before approving courses of training for the purposes of
section 81.



(2) The Authority must regularly review the approved courses of training to
ensure they are appropriate for the purposes of this Part and, in doing so,
must consult with the Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Committee.
