80. Limit on number of entry permits held by authorised representatives



(1) The Minister may, by notice published in the Government Gazette, make a
determination limiting the number of persons who may hold an entry permit as
an authorised representative of a registered employee organisation.

(2) Before making the determination, the Minister must take into account the
advice given by the Authority's Board of Management.
