Definitions relating to registered employee organisations

79. Definitions relating to registered employee organisations

In this Part- committee of management has the same meaning as in the
Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 of the Commonwealth;
Commonwealth Fair Work Act means the Fair Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth

Fair Work Transition Act means the
Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 of
the Commonwealth; office and officer of a registered employee organisation
have the same meanings as in the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009
of the Commonwealth; registered employee organisation means an organisation,
of which some or all of the members are employees, that is registered, or
taken to be registered, under the
Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 of the Commonwealth.
