Proceedings for offences not affected by notices

66. Proceedings for offences not affected by notices

The issue, variation or cancellation of a provisional improvement notice, or
notice given by an inspector under section 63(3)(b), does not affect any
proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations in connection
with any matter in respect of which the notice was issued.
