Requirements for prescribed qualifications or experience

41. Requirements for prescribed qualifications or experience

A person must not carry out work, or an activity, at a workplace if-

   (a)  the regulations require the work or activity, or class of work or
        activity, to be carried out by, or under the supervision of, a person
        who has prescribed qualifications or experience; and

   (b)  the person does not have the prescribed qualifications or experience
        or the work or activity is not carried out under the supervision of a
        person who has the prescribed qualifications or experience (as the
        case may be).

Penalty: 100 penalty units for a natural person; 500 penalty units for a body
corporate.
