Commencement

3. Commencement



(1) Subject to this section, this Act comes into operation on 1 July 2005.

(2) Section 28 comes into operation on 1 July 2006.

(3) Division 6 of Part 2 and section 172(2) come into operation on the day
after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(4) Part 4 comes into operation on a day to be proclaimed but if it has not
come into operation before 1 January 2006, it comes into operation on that
day.
