OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006 - SECT 8

A services only owners corporation is exempt from compliance with—

        (a)     the provisions specified in section 7A(1); and

        (b)     the following provisions—

              (i)     sections 48, 49, 50, 51, 61A, 129, 133 and 135;

              (ii)     Division 8 of Part 4;

              (iii)     Division 3 of Part 9.
