OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006 - SECT 75
Agenda for special general meeting(1) The person convening a special general meeting must prepare an Agenda setting out the matters to be dealt with at the special general meeting.
(2) If the person convening the meeting has been nominated under section 74(c) or 74(d)(ii), the Agenda must be in accordance with an Agenda approved by the relevant lot owners when making their nominations.
