Who may convene annual general meetings?

70. Who may convene annual general meetings?



(1) The first meeting of an owners corporation convened under section 66 is
the first annual general meeting.

(2) All other annual general meetings must be convened by-

   (a)  the chairperson of the owners corporation; or

   (b)  the secretary of the owners corporation; or

   (c)  the manager of the owners corporation, acting on the authority of the
        committee; or

   (d)  in the absence of a committee, the manager of the owners corporation
        or a lot owner.
