Amount payable under owners corporation insurance

57. Amount payable under owners corporation insurance



In calculating any amount payable under an insurance policy taken out by an
owners corporation, any amount payable under an insurance policy taken out by
a lot owner over that lot or the lot owner's interest in the common property
must be disregarded.
