When does a maintenance plan have effect?

38. When does a maintenance plan have effect?



(1) A maintenance plan does not have effect unless it is approved by the
owners corporation.

(2) In approving a maintenance plan, an owners corporation may set conditions
for the payment of money out of the maintenance fund.
