Maintenance plan
36. Maintenance plan
(1) A prescribed owners corporation must prepare a maintenance plan for the
property for which it is responsible.
(2) An owners corporation (other than a prescribed owners corporation) may
prepare a maintenance plan for the property for which it is responsible.
