33. Financial records



(1) An owners corporation must keep proper accounts that-

   (a)  cover all income and expenditure of the owners corporation and assets
        and liabilities of the owners corporation; and

   (b)  provide for the making of true and fair view reports of the financial
        situation of the owners corporation.

(2) An owners corporation that has an approved maintenance plan must keep
separate accounts for its maintenance fund.
