OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006 - SECT 106
Acting chairperson(1) The members of the committee may appoint a member of the committee to act as chairperson in the event that the chairperson is absent or unable to act.
(2) The acting chairperson has all the powers and functions of the chairperson while acting as the chairperson.
