Reports about tolling information review

25A. Reports about tolling information review



(1) The Ombudsman must give the Minister administering the
Melbourne City Link Act 1995 a written report of the results of the reviews
required by section 13(2AB) as soon as is practicable, and in any event within
3 months, after the end of the financial year in which the reviews occurred.

(2) The Ombudsman must give a copy of the report to the Chief Commissioner of
Police and to the Attorney-General.
