Police must provide reasonable assistance

22C. Police must provide reasonable assistance

The Chief Commissioner of Police must ensure that members of the police force
give the Ombudsman any assistance the Ombudsman reasonably requires to enable
the Ombudsman to exercise the Ombudsman's functions in relation to Division 3
of Part 4 of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995.
