Entry of premises

21. Entry of premises

For the purposes of conducting an investigation under this Act the Ombudsman
or an officer of the Ombudsman authorized by him in that behalf may at any
reasonable time enter any premises occupied or used by an authority to which
this Act applies, and inspect those premises or anything for the time being
therein or thereon.
