Communication of information to the Health Services Commissioner

20C. Communication of information to the Health Services Commissioner

The Ombudsman or the Acting Ombudsman may communicate to the Health Services
Commissioner appointed under the
Health Services (Conciliation and Review) Act 1987 any information obtained or
received in the course or as a result of the exercise of the functions of the
Ombudsman under this Act, being information relating to a complaint referred
to the Health Services Commissioner under section 15B.
