Communication of information to the Privacy Commissioner

20B. Communication of information to the Privacy Commissioner

The Ombudsman or the Acting Ombudsman may communicate to the Privacy
Commissioner appointed under the Information Privacy Act 2000 any information
obtained or received in the course or as a result of the exercise of the
functions of the Ombudsman under this Act, being information relevant to the
performance of functions or duties by the Privacy Commissioner.
