19. Deliberations of Ministers and Parliamentary committees not to be
disclosed



(1) A person shall not be required or authorized by virtue of this Act-

   (a)  to furnish any information or answer any question; or

   (b)  to produce or inspect so much of any document-

which relates to the deliberations of Ministers or any committee consisting of
Members of Parliament where the committee is formed for the purpose of
advising the Ministers in respect of their deliberations.





(2) A certificate issued by the Attorney-General certifying that any
information or question or any document or part of a document relates to the
deliberations of Ministers or of a committee referred to in subsection (1)
shall be conclusive of the fact so certified.
