OMBUDSMAN ACT 1973 - SECT 18E
Witness summons directed to person under 16 years(1) A witness summons directed to a person under the age of 16 years at the date of issue of the witness summons has no effect.
(2) A person who claims to be under the age of 16 years at the date of issue of a witness summons directed to the person must provide proof of age to the Ombudsman.
