OMBUDSMAN ACT 1973 - SECT 18D

Within 3 days after the issue of a witness summons, the Ombudsman must give a written report to the Victorian Inspectorate specifying—

        (a)     the name of the person summoned; and

        (b)     the reasons why the summons was issued.
