Referral of complaint (health records)

15B. Referral of complaint (health records)

If the complaint could be made the subject of an application under the
Health Records Act 2001, the Ombudsman may refer the complaint to the Health
Services Commissioner and notify the complainant and the respondent in writing
of the referral.
