12. Ombudsman not to engage in other remunerative employment



(1) The Ombudsman, the Acting Ombudsman and every officer of the Ombudsman
shall not, without the consent of the Governor in Council, engage in any
remunerative employment outside the duties of his office or his duties as such
officer.
