31AB. Lease of O'Shannassy Lodge-Yarra Ranges National Park9



(1) Upon the expiration of the lease dated 15 November 1988 between the
Melbourne and Metropolitan Board of Works and Victorian Snow Resorts Pty Ltd
the Minister is empowered to grant a tenancy of the land coloured red on the
plan attached to that lease for such period, at such rent and subject to such
terms and conditions as the Minister determines.



(2) A tenancy under subsection (1)-

   (a)  must be granted in writing;

   (b)  must not be for a term or terms within the tenancy totalling more than
        21 years;

   (c)  is subject to any terms and conditions determined by the Minister.
