25B. Harvesting of a pine plantation in Lake Eildon National Park

Where the harvesting of a pine plantation is authorised by Part 7 of Schedule
Two, the Secretary, with the consent of the Minister, may grant a licence to
any person to take, sell or otherwise dispose of any such pine plantation,
subject to such covenants, terms and conditions as are prescribed and subject
to the payment of such rent, fees, royalties or charges as the Secretary
determines.
