NATIONAL PARKS ACT 1975 - SECT 25B
Harvesting of a pine plantation in Lake Eildon National ParkWhere the harvesting of a pine plantation is authorised by Part 7 of Schedule Two, Parks Victoria, with the consent of the Minister, may grant a licence to any person to take, sell or otherwise dispose of any such pine plantation, subject to such covenants, terms and conditions as are prescribed and subject to the payment of such rent, fees, royalties or charges as Parks Victoria determines.
