Permanent works that may be carried out in parks

23. Permanent works that may be carried out in parks

Subject to the approval of the Minister, there may be carried out in a park
which is not a wilderness park works for the construction of a building or
other structure or other permanent works for the protection development or
improvement of the park including the establishment of camping places roads
and tracks.
