Secretary may enter into management agreements

16A. Secretary may enter into management agreements

The Secretary may enter into a management agreement with Parks Victoria for
the management of the whole or any part of-

   (a)  a national park or State park under section 17;

   (b)  a wilderness park under section 17A;

   (c)  a marine national park or marine sanctuary under section 17D;

   (d)  a park under section 18;

   (e)  land to which an Order in force under section 19F(1) applies;

   (f)  land managed under section 19AA, 19A, 19C, 19E or 32AA.
