NATIONAL ELECTRICITY (VICTORIA) ACT 2005 - SECT 16VB
Meaning of regulatory year for the purposes of distribution determinations on and after 1 July 2021Despite anything to the contrary in the National Electricity (Victoria) Law or the Rules, on and after 1 July 2021 a regulatory year for a regulatory control period in respect of a regulated distribution system operator is a consecutive period of 12 months commencing on 1 July every year.
