NUCLEAR ACTIVITIES (PROHIBITIONS) ACT 1983 - SECT 11

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other Act, no moneys shall be granted or advanced to any person out of the Consolidated Fund or out of the fund of any public statutory body for the purpose of encouraging of financing any activity associated with exploring, mining or quarrying for uranium or thorium, except where such exploring, mining or quarrying is not in breach of the provisions of this Act.
