NUCLEAR ACTIVITIES (PROHIBITIONS) ACT 1983 - SECT 10

Where two or more persons commit or knowingly authorise or permit the commission of any offence against this Act each person shall be liable for the offence and the liability of each person shall be independent of the liability of the other or others.
