When the Commission is to meet

15. When the Commission is to meet



(1) The Chairperson must ensure that there are at least 6 meetings of the
Commission each year.

(2) The dates of meeting are to be determined by the Chairperson after
consulting the Minister.

(3) The Chairperson must also convene a meeting of the Commission within 3
days of any date asked for in writing by more than half of its members.
