Deputy Chairperson of the Commission

14. Deputy Chairperson of the Commission



(1) The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, must
appoint-

   (a)  one of the members of the Commission; or

   (b)  the Director of the Commission-

to be the Deputy Chairperson of the Commission.

(2) The Deputy Chairperson, if present, must preside at meetings of the
Commission at which the Chairperson is not present.
