Statutes and regulations of the College

9. Statutes and regulations of the College



(1) The statutes and regulations of the College in force immediately before 1
January 2007, to the extent to which they could be made as statutes or
regulations of the University and are not inconsistent with any statutes or
regulations so made, continue to have effect as if made as statutes or
regulations, as the case may be, of the University.

(2) Statutes and regulations continued in force under sub-section (1) may be
amended or revoked as if they were statutes made by the Council of
the University or regulations made under a statute by the University.
