Definitions

3. Definitions

In this Part-

"award course" means a course at the College which is approved as an
award course by the academic board of the University;

"the College" means the Victorian College of the Arts incorporated under the
Victorian College of the Arts Act 1981;

"the University" means The University of Melbourne within the meaning of the
Melbourne University Act 1958.
