PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Purposes

1. Purposes

The purposes of this Act are-

   (a)  to provide for the integration of the Victorian College of the Arts
        with the University of Melbourne; and

(b) to establish a faculty of the University of Melbourne to be called the
"Faculty of the Victorian College of the Arts".
