9. Certain land used by the College to vest in Monash



On the appointed day, the land described in the Schedule vests in fee simple
in Monash, subject to the conditions, covenants, encumbrances, limitations,
exceptions, reservations and restrictions to which the land was subject
immediately before its vesting under this section.
