Powers of Merging Institutes

13. Powers of Merging Institutes



Despite anything to the contrary in the constitution of a Merging Institute or
its Council, the Institute or Council shall be deemed to have, and always to
have had, power to do all things it is authorised or empowered to do under and
for the purposes of this Act or necessary to be done for the purpose of the
merger with Monash in accordance with this Act.
