10. Land used by Chisholm and Gippsland



(1) On the Appointed Day, the land described in Parts 1 and 2 of the Schedule
vests in fee simple in Monash, subject to the conditions, covenants,
encumbrances, caveats, limitations, exceptions, reservations and restrictions
to which the land was subject immediately before its vesting under this
subsection.

(2) No compensation is payable by the Crown in respect of anything done under
or arising out of this section.
